(By Sr.Gonzalez and Lontano) Every time the Fashion Museum delights us with interesting exhibits, such as the one dedicated to the 80s or soccer (apropos of Brazil 2014 World Cup). In this case, display shoes more than none with the Museum, since it forwards it to its roots and motivations of creation. Referring to his recently opened shows Mad Men: witness of an era on the television series Mad Men, a must for lovers of vintage. Today we tell you about it.

If you have visited the Museum of fashion will know that is located in what was the Yarur Bascuñan family house, built in the 1960s. The residence is an example of modern architecture, with avant-garde ideas of the time mixed with architectural lines, Japanese, as a great larch shingle roof, and a beautiful pool of water at the entrance of the House.
Why is architecture relevant in this case? Because this new exhibit is dedicated to the costumes used in the featured “Mad Men” TV series, inspired by an advertising agency and the opulence of the same years 60’s.
Well, beautiful furniture and decoration of the House (from a vehicle to sunglasses and other accessories of the time) create a perfect setting for the aesthetics of the costumes for the series and its presentation according to PROZIPCODES.
The garments designed for this series never before had been exposed and will be shown exclusively at the Museum of fashion before being topped on November 20 in Los Angeles, by the prestigious House of auction Julien completo Auction.
