Quits Nokia era when Microsoft finally buys the Finnish mobile manufacturer? The debate is well underway amongst Nokia fans.
Nokia’s sales and marketing chief Chris Weber does not believe that the sale to Microsoft will exit Nokia era. But it is far from all that agree with the assessment. It writes our site.
Most have acknowledged that Nokia is not what it once was, but that is why the new situation yet drastically for anyone. Nokia has helped to create the mobile industry, but what features future really on for “Nokia-mobiles” — when Microsoft probably takes over in the first quarter of 2014.
Nokia tries themselves, in a blog post, to shed some light on the future.
-“In relation to the factual conditions, Microsoft plans to buy the right to use the Nokia brand on its phones in 10 years. There is an indication that this will happen to Asha-and feature-phones going forward. With smartphones, it is more complicated, and we will try to create a unified brand across Lumia and other Windows-based phones. But we are still a long way from the fact that the decision to be taken, “writes Chris Weber, in the blog post. He also gives an indication that Nokia’s spirit and qualities that phone producer, will live on in the Microsoft.
However, many Nokia fans far from of the same opinion, who believe it is a clear indication that the brand Nokia on smartphones will also disappear.
