  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 300g spaghetti (or linguini)

  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 malagueta pepper

  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Chop the garlic, the chilli, cut the tomatoes in half, and basil in large pieces;
    2. In a pan lined with olive oil (about 3 tablespoons) over medium heat, sauté the garlic, the chilli and half the basil for 1 minute after heating the olive oil;

    6. Open the can of tuna, remove the oil and add to the sautéed tomatoes. Place the arugula on top, without mixing for not baking;
