The admissions office considers (not listed in order of importance) your essays, college GPA, letters of recommendation, extracurricular activities, work experience, and GMAT score. an interview is encouraged. Writes the school, “Each candidate is evaluated individually. Acceptance is based on the ability to excel in the classroom and eventually the career in business. We evaluate intellectual compatibility and academic potential through an in-depth review of the applicant’s educational record, references, and performance on the GMAT exam. Program selection, major, and undergraduate institution are also considered. Full-time work experience is highly recommended. Evidence of leadership potential, perseverance, and teamwork ability is also a plus.” Decisions are made on a rolling admissions basis. Candidates may defer admission for up to one year.
